Moderator for Online Community (Khanpur)

As a Moderator for our online community in Khanpur, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the online platform to ensure a positive and engaging experience for our users. Your main duty will be to moderate user-generated content, such as comments, posts, and discussions, to ensure they adhere to our community guidelines and values. You will also be tasked with responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also possess the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. A strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities is essential.

As this is an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. However, preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience moderating online communities or managing social media accounts. As this role involves working with a diverse group of users from various backgrounds, fluency in English is mandatory.

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month. This position does not come with accommodation; therefore we prefer candidates who are already based in Khanpur or willing to relocate at their own expense. Additionally, due to the nature of this role, applicants must hold a valid biometric passport for ease of travel.
