Job summary

CoRecruit is hiring an Intermediate Kotlin Multiplatform engineer to build mobile and desktop apps. You will join an established KMP codebase and work with a senior engineer to ramp up. Strong candidates with mobile experience and willingness to learn KMP are encouraged.

The role involves collaborating with backend and design teams to ship polished, performant apps and occasionally exploring adjacent tooling. Production Kotlin Multiplatform experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mobile development experience.
• Kotlin Multiplatform experience or strong native mobile background with ramp ability.
• Experience working in a shared cross-platform codebase.

About the role

Level:Intermediate (a couple of years relevant experience)

You'll build CoRecruit's mobile and desktop apps using Kotlin Multiplatform, joining an established KMP codebase alongside a senior engineer who can help you ramp. Strong mobile engineers newer to KMP are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain mobile and desktop apps using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Contribute to a shared cross-platform codebase alongside a senior KMP engineer
• Collaborate with backend and design to ship polished, performant apps
• Cross into adjacent tooling where useful

Required

• Solid mobile development experience (a couple of years+)
• Either hands-on KMP experience or strong native mobile experience with a clear ability to ramp on KMP
• Comfortable working in a shared cross-platform codebase

Nice to have

• Production Kotlin Multiplatform experience
• Node.js (bridges into our TypeScript backend)
