SIBIE Ltd is a healthcare group expanding its digital services and seeking a Mobile App Developer to build secure cross‑platform apps for iOS and Android.

The role is fully remote and requires collaboration with global teams to deploy updates, integrate backend services, and ensure robust security and compliance. Prior healthcare/telemedicine app experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Mobile App Development with proven apps in production.
• Proficiency in Dart and Flutter; solid mobile architecture knowledge.
• Experience with Firebase and/or Supabase backend services.
• Ability to integrate RESTful APIs and external services.
• Experience with state management (Provider/Bloc/GetX).
• Implementing push notifications and secure authentication (OAuth/biometrics).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and improve cross‑platform mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Implement healthcare features such as prescription ordering and secure messaging.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third‑party services, payment systems, analytics, and notifications.
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/HIPAA where applicable).
• Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, Product, Marketing, Design, and internal teams.
• Perform testing, performance optimization, and bug fixes.
• Deploy updates to Apple App Store and Google Play Store; monitor app quality.
• Stay current with mobile development trends and security practices.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Mobile App Developer to join our ever-growing team on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development and the ability to build seamless, secure, and user-friendly cross-platform applications for both iOS and Android. The candidate should have prior experience developing and deploying mobile applications, preferably within the healthcare or telemedicine sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Mobile App Development, with a strong track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter, with a solid understanding of mobile application architecture and development best practices.
• Backend Services: Hands-on experience with Firebase and/or Supabase.
• Integrations: Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party services, authentication systems, and other external integrations.
• State Management: Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or GetX.
• Push Notifications: Experience implementing and managing push notifications.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git.
• Security Expertise: Strong understanding of secure authentication methods, including OAuth, biometrics, and secure handling of sensitive user and healthcare data.
• Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication, technical documentation, and collaboration with global teams.
• Must be an Immediate Joiner.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience with Kotlin.
• Prior experience in healthcare or telemedicine applications.

Responsibilities:

• Mobile App Development: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve secure, scalable, and user-friendly cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Healthcare Functionality: Develop and support features such as prescription ordering, secure messaging, patient information access, and other healthcare-related digital services where required.
• API & Third-Party Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, payment systems, analytics tools, notifications, and other external services to support application functionality.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure mobile applications follow appropriate security, privacy, and healthcare regulatory requirements, including GDPR and, where applicable, HIPAA.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, Product, Marketing, Design, and internal technical teams to understand requirements and refine app functionality.
• Testing & Performance: Identify and resolve bugs, conduct application testing, optimize performance, and continuously improve the user experience based on technical requirements and user feedback.
• App Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy and manage application updates through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring applications remain stable, secure, and up to date.
• Continuous Development: Stay up to date with the latest mobile development technologies, trends, security practices, and industry standards to continuously improve the company’s mobile applications.
