Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking a Manager MIS in Islamabad to lead the design, implementation, and governance of MIS across 34 districts. The role focuses on data accuracy, security, and standardized procedures, with responsibility for training staff and coordinating with the MIS team.

The position requires 5-7 years of relevant experience in data collection, reporting, and analysis tools, and a strong background in MIS policies and ASP.NET-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in design and implementing data collection, reporting, and analysis tools.
• Experience with MIS design and data workflows across multiple districts.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET or related technologies for MIS applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Standardize MIS procedures across all applications.
• Support implementation of data management systems at district and facility levels.
• Maintain MIS systems for improved operational efficiency.
• Train staff on MIS tools, policies, and procedures for rollout.
• Coordinate with MIS team to meet technology, infrastructure, and operational needs.
• Conduct reporting requirements and risk analyses for MIS programs.
• Ensure on-time delivery of applications and reports to meet requirements.
• Oversee data quality from district to federal level and maintain documentation.
• Configure and maintain database servers, monitoring health and performance.
