Job summary

XAutonomous LLC. is seeking a creative Mid-Level UI/UX Developer to design and build modern, responsive interfaces for web and mobile apps.

You will translate wireframes into production-ready HTML/CSS/JS, collaborate across QA, analysts, and stakeholders, and contribute to design systems and accessibility practices. This onsite role is based in Bahria Town Karachi and requires 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (SCSS/SASS or LESS).
• Hands-on with design tools like Figma/Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of responsive, mobile-first design.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and basic SEO.
• Familiarity with Git and standard workflows.
• Able to work in Agile environment.

XAutonomousis looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level UI/UX Developer to design and develop modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles combined with practical front-end development skills. You will work closely with designers, developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to transform requirements, wireframes, and design concepts into functional and visually engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs based on business and user requirements.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or other design mockups into responsive HTML/CSS interfaces.
• Develop clean, reusable, and cross-browser compatible front-end components.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure consistency with established branding guidelines, design systems, and UI standards.
• Optimizeinterfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices using responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Identifyusability issues and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
• Ensure interfaces follow accessibility, performance, and basic SEO best practices.
• Participate in design reviews, requirement discussions, testing, and continuous UI/UX improvements.
• Stay current with modern UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and front-end development practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design and Front-End Development.
• Strongproficiencyin HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SCSS/SASS or LESS.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Ability to translate wireframes and design mockups into inaccurate, production-ready interfaces.
• Understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Basic knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO principles.
• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile software development environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks.
• Understanding of component-based UI development and design systems.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and back-end integration.
• Experience with animations, transitions, and interactive UI elements.
• Portfolio demonstrating web/mobile UI design and front-end implementation skills.
