Job summary

Joblogic is expanding its AI Agent Platform and seeks a mid-level AI/ML Engineer in Lahore (remote). You will own agent behavior end‑to‑end, craft prompts, wire tools, build evaluations, and develop ML models using Databricks or SageMaker. Collaborate with product, backend, and platform teams to ship high-quality AI-enabled features.

You’ll work with LangGraph, LangChain, and retrieval systems to ground agent responses and improve automation for service contractors globally.

Qualifications

• Proficient Python development in production services.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered apps and agent design.
• Strong prompt engineering and evaluation skills.
• Experience with ML model training, tracking and deployment.
• Solid data analysis using Pandas/NumPy/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI agents in LangGraph runtime.
• Design and run evaluations with datasets and rubrics.
• Develop RAG retrieval and knowledge management.
• Integrate tools and third-party services via APIs.
• Train and deploy ML models; monitor performance.
