Job summary

Translation Empire is hiring a Front-end Developer to build and enhance user-facing features for our web applications. You will work from our office in DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi, focusing on clean, responsive interfaces.

Role requires strong HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and React JS skills, with bonus for .NET Core API experience. Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver high-quality, fast-loading pages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of frontend development experience.
• Strong HTML, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery skills.
• Experience with React JS and .NET Core APIs is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Create/Improve front-end of existing/new websites
• Integrate front-end with WebApis
• Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages from design/wire-frames
• Optimize applications for maximum speed
• Design mobile-based features
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Create quality mockups and prototypes
• Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Front-end developer (minimum 2-3 years)
• Hands on experience with markup languages HTML and JavaScript, CSS and jQuery
• Hands on experience with React JS
• Prior experience working with .net core APIs and VS is a plus
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
