Metal Worker

We are currently hiring a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Faisalabad. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal products according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements
• Operate various tools and equipment such as welders, grinders, drills, and saws to cut, shape, and join metal parts
• Select appropriate materials for each project and ensure all materials are properly prepared
• Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces using measuring tools
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication or assembly process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
• Knowledge of different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, ARC welding
• Familiarity with various types of metal including steel, aluminum, and copper
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in using hand and power tools safely
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training in welding or metalworking is an asset
• Biometric passport is preferred but not required
• Freshers with relevant education or experience will also be considered

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position without accommodation. The working hours are typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional overtime depending on project deadlines. The job may also require working in outdoor environments or confined spaces.
