We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work across the full stack — from designing efficient backend APIs to delivering rich, interactive front-end experiences that connect seamlessly with our mobile and web platforms.

Salary Range: PKR 45,000–500,000 (Based on experience & performance)

What We’re Looking For:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) .
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with React-based frontends .
• Work with React.js + TypeScript on the frontend to develop responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components.
• Architect and manage backend services with Node.js and Express.js , ensuring performance and security.
• Design and optimise database schemas in MongoDB (Mongoose or native driver).
• Implement authentication and authorisation (JWT, OAuth, or Passport) with secure data handling.
• Use Redux , Zustand , or TanStack Query for client-side state and data management.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features from concept to deployment.
• Write unit/integration tests for both backend and frontend (Jest, Supertest, RTL).
• Optimise performance across the stack (API latency, query efficiency, caching, build times).
• Deploy and maintain applications using Vercel , Render , AWS , or Supabase Edge Functions .
• Participate in code reviews , sprint ceremonies , and follow Exeonic’s PR standards for clean, maintainable delivery.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience working with Supabase or PostgreSQL alongside MongoDB.
• Knowledge of payment integrations such as Stripe , Adyen , or Apple Pay / Google Pay .
• Familiarity with Next.js or React Native for shared component development.
• Exposure to GraphQL , NestJS , or serverless / edge functions .
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions , Vercel , or AWS .
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript , testing frameworks (Jest, Supertest), and performance tuning.
• Understanding of cloud deployments , Docker , and API security best practices.
• Contributions to open-source projects or collaborative engineering communities.
