Job summary

easypaisa digital bank in Pakistan seeks an AD Business Support to back the Merchant and Corporate Acquiring teams with dashboards, data validation, promos, and commission processes. You will work with regional and BDO teams to implement plans, track performance and resolve operational issues.

The role requires overseeing onboarding compliance (SBP/AML/KYC) and producing regular performance reports for senior leadership within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business planning, sales performance management and operations reporting, ideally in telecom or fintech.
• Experience working with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional and BDO level targets and KPIs as defined by planning frameworks.
• Maintain and update daily performance scorecards for regional, city and BDO levels.
• Track Corporate Acquiring pipeline, conversion ratios, and rollout efficiency with regular data updates.
• Manage day-to-day tracking of promotions for Merchant and Corporate Acquiring teams as per promo designs.
• Consolidate and validate promo performance data to support pre- and post-promo analysis.
• Verify commission calculations and ensure accurate timely disbursement.
• Compile weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards for Senior Manager review.
• Maintain accuracy of sales, budget and performance data used in reporting.
• Support budget monitoring by consolidating revenue variance and cost data.
• Verify onboarding data quality and SBP/AML/KYC compliance checks.
• Conduct regular quality controls on onboarding data and tools.
• Support monthly corporate feedback and merchant audit exercises.Coordinate with regional teams on plans, progress and issues.
• Assist training sessions on product knowledge, compliance, sales planning, and merchant lifecycle.
• Escalate cross-functional issues to the Senior Manager promptly.
• Maintain procedures and controls for smooth information flow across teams.
