Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit credentialing applications for physicians and allied health providers.
• Maintain up-to-date records of licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, and CAQH profiles.
• Track and renew credentials proactively to avoid lapses.
• Communicate with hospitals, payers, and accreditation bodies to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsible for managing and maintaining provider credentialing with hospitals, surgery centers, and relevant networks, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit credentialing applications for physicians and allied health providers
• Maintain up-to-date records of licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, and CAQH profiles
• Track and renew credentials proactively to avoid lapses
• Communicate with hospitals, payers, and accreditation bodies to resolve credentialing issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
