Vision Tact is seeking a visionary Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing and brand initiatives. This role demands a strategic and creative professional who can translate complex AI, automation, and data-driven capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with decision-makers and industry influencers.
As the driving force behind Vision Tact’s global marketing efforts, you will oversee integrated campaigns, manage brand communications, and collaborate closely with business development, design, and R&D teams to position Vision Tact as a trusted innovator in AI and automation. Your goal will be to strengthen brand equity, enhance digital visibility, and generate high-quality leads through performance-based, data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with Vision Tact’s business objectives and target markets.
- Plan and manage digital, content, and event-based campaigns to enhance global brand recognition.
- Oversee social media presence, public relations, and online reputation management across platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure all marketing materials reflect Vision Tact’s tone, values, and innovation-driven identity.
- Manage paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and lead generation activities to attract qualified prospects.
- Build partnerships with tech communities, media outlets, and industry events to promote Vision Tact’s thought leadership.
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing ROI using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush, and report actionable insights to leadership.
- Coordinate the creation of whitepapers, case studies, and multimedia content showcasing Vision Tact’s expertise.
- Lead the preparation of press releases, newsletters, and email campaigns for key stakeholders.
- Guide the marketing team, allocate budgets, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing, preferably in AI, automation, or consulting domains.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email automation platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft strategic brand stories.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Experience managing a cross-functional creative team, including designers, copywriters, and media specialists.
- Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and pivot strategies effectively.
- Familiarity with global market trends in AI, SaaS, and digital transformation.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven record of designing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns in technology or AI-driven industries.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Google Analytics, or Brand Management are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work across international markets with a multi-channel campaign portfolio.
