About the Role

• You will own lead generation, email marketing, and CRM strategy.
• You will manage tools, data, and team performance.
• You will work onsite in Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing team.
• Define lead generation strategy using Apollo.io.
• Oversee Salesforce CRM setup, workflows, and reporting.
• Supervise data scraping activities and data quality.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
• Track KPIs like lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Align marketing output with sales targets.
• Train team members and review performance regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a marketing team lead or senior marketer.
• Strong hands on experience with Apollo.io.
• Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Practical experience with data scraping methods.
• Strong understanding of email marketing systems.
• Ability to manage people and processes.
