🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities in the MEP, construction, and furniture sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals.
  • Maintain client relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, procurement, and project execution.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
🧠 Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of MEP works, procurement procedures, and furniture manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare technical submittals, bidding documents, and BOQs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
