Main responsibilities of the position include:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the plant premises
• Oversee and monitor the activities of external transporters, and individuals on the premises
• Supervise administrative staff to streamline existing processes and increase efficiency/output of the function

Requirements & Skills

Ideal candidate should have the following profile:

• Graduation/ Masters with trainings in the areas of Administration and Security
• Experience of 5 years in an industrial setup
• Ex-Army Officer with post retirement experience in a civil organization will be preferred
