A leading textile group located near Sunder Industrial Estate, Lahore, recognized for its excellence in garment manufacturing, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Manager production.

Job Purpose

To manage and oversee the entire garment production process, ensuring achievement of production targets, maintaining quality standards, optimizing efficiency, and meeting customer delivery deadlines in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control all production activities from cutting to packing.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved efficiently and within timelines.
• Monitor workflow, manpower deployment, and machine utilization to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with PPC, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Quality departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement effective production strategies to minimize wastage and downtime.
• Review production reports and analyze performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and safety procedures on the production floor.
• Train, guide, and motivate production teams to enhance their performance and skill levels.
• Manage production costs effectively by controlling overtime, waste, and resource utilization.
• Ensure timely execution of orders and maintain effective communication with management regarding progress and challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.) to enhance efficiency and output quality.
