Job Overview:

The Manager – Premium Sales is responsible for generating PKR 28M (~$100K) in monthly upsell revenue by leading strategic sales initiatives in close collaboration with the Customer Success team and subject matter experts. This role combines hands‑on sales execution with high‑level pipeline management and serves as a key driver of revenue growth within the existing client base. The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales track record, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet ambitious growth targets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute a quarterly upsell plan to achieve a $1M Annual Recurring Revenue target
  • Create a Customer Success‑friendly qualification and handoff playbook within 45 days
  • Train 100% of Key Account Managers and Support agents on a “commercial cue card” for each add‑on within 60 days
  • Maintain pipeline coverage at 3× and produce a 90‑day sales forecast with ±5% accuracy
  • Establish an approval matrix and ensure deals close within an average cycle time of 30 days or less
Qualifications:
  • Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; foreign education is a plus.
  • They should have 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with strong skills in sales strategy, negotiation, CRM, and team coordination.
