Job Description

• Responsible for all day-to-day ATM Operations regarding softwareinstallations, networking, software and hardware up gradations.
• Devising wireless networking solutions for feasible ATM connectivity,remote monitoring solutions, maintenance, uptime, networking and hardware devices, rollout/workflow plans and benchmarking of down time of ATMs.
• Shall manage the team of engineers all across Pakistan in the most efficient way including their hiring and training; will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of the engineers by designing an effective and practical performance management system on monthly basis with an objective of bringing about continuous improvement in the customer support services.
• Will be responsible for smooth implementation of the contractual agreements with the business partners.
• Responsible for coordinating with the client organizations and vendors for the various routine operations.
• Will be responsible for assisting the Head of Operations in Project Planning including providing inputs for project costing, financial projections and decisions for offsite ATM deployment projects and their implementation.
• Will be responsible for preparing ATMs Performance Analysis based on costs and revenues; keeping track of ATM transactions and suggesting promotional tools to increase the usage of ATMs.
• Will also be responsible for the procurement of Software and Hardware.

Requirements & Skills

• Networking Topologies such as LAN, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, VPN, CDMA, CDMA2000, WAN and MAN is a must.
• Operational Knowledge of Databases SQL server 2000, MS Access and Personal Oracle 8.
• Operational knowledge of Operating Systems Windows 7/ Windows Vista / XP / Server/ NT / 2000/ ME, MS-DOS
• Should have knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Visual Basic 6.0, Crystal Reports 7 & 8, SQL, PL/SQL, Developer 6i
• Hands-on knowledge of hardware maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Should possess strong leadership and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should have training capabilities.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize work
