System Side

• Internal Network Design and Server installation / Configuration.
• Install, Configure and Monitoring of DNS Server, Active Directory, DHCP, WDS, File Services, DFS and Print Services.
• Install, Configure and Monitoring ISA / Forefront TMG 2010, Firewall Rules, Malware Inspection, Web Proxy, Web Caching, HTTPS Inspection, URL Filtering, TMG Client for Proxy Server.
• Monitoring of IP AVAYA phone.
• Install and Configure Solarwind Orion 10 for SNMP Monitoring.
• Maintain and Configure Virtualization in Windows & Linux environment using VMware Hypervisor VSphere Esxi 5.0 / 5.5
• Avaya IP Phone PABX server installation and configuration of IP Phones using IP Office Manager.
• Configuration and Maintain Mikrotik [Router / Firewall / Port Forwarding / VLANs / DHCP / NAT].
• NMS servers scheduled backup, disaster recovery and rapid recovery.

Pure Networking

• Configure Metro Network Layer 2 in Maipu Switches S4300, S4100 and S3100.
• Monitoring and provide support to GCS Clients for both (Manageable & Dark Core Fiber)
• Configure and Monitoring SNMP of Maipu Switches using Cacti Server (Linux Based) and Solarwind Engineering Tool and Solarwind Orion 10.
• Monitoring of fiber links.
• Configuration and Monitoring of VLANS (Trunk and Access Ports).
• Configure and monitor Storm Control, Loopback detection, Flap detection, ErrDisable
• Monitoring of (AAA, Bandwidth Limitation Port / VLAN Based).
• Integration of Maipu and Cisco within ring network / redundant network.
• Avoiding loops and broadcast / storms generate from client end.
• Maintain logs and reports of customer complaint on daily basis.

Requirements & Skills

Technical Expertise

• Understanding Network infrastructure / models and troubleshooting steps.
• Installation of LAN/WAN infrastructure / excellent knowledge of understanding IP/Subnetting.
• Good knowledge of analyzing security policy at each OSI 7-layer.
• Good knowledge of Network devices (cisco / Maipu routers, switches), Technologies and Protocols.
• Virtualization, operating different OS using Vmware workstation / Virtual Box / Hypervisor / VCenter.
• Should have basic knowledge of routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), Access Control (ACL), VPNs.
• Deep knowledge of switching (VLANs).
• Basic Knowledge of Metro Ethernet Network Layer2 / Layer3, QoS, Bandwidth parameter (CIR,CBS,EIR,EBS), EP-Line, EVP-Line, EP-LAN, EVP-LAN, EP-Tree, EVP-Tree.
• Troubleshooting of looping (STP), metro Ring, trunk & access ports, VLANs Maintain Web Servers, DHCP, DNS, File services, Print Services within network environment.
• Maintain TMG Server 2010, URL Filtering, HTTPS and Malware Inspection, Web Proxy, Web Caching, Firewall rules.
• Configurations and Monitoring of CCTV Cameras, DVR / NVR
