Responsible for sourcing, selecting, and placing qualified teaching and non‑teaching staff for all partner and franchise schools. Ensures timely recruitment, alignment with academic standards, and smooth coordination between Head Office and partner campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify staffing needs of partner schools and plan recruitment accordingly.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for teaching and admin roles.
• Recommend shortlisted candidates to schools and coordinate final selection.
