Job description
Overview

The candidate will be required to help the client in understanding key concerns related to the health and wellbeing of employee and dependent populations, and related issues such as the increasing cost of medical plans, absenteeism, and talent management.

Responsibilities
  • Help the client understand key concerns related to the health and wellbeing of employee and dependent populations, e.g., increasing cost of medical plan, absenteeism, talent management.
  • Identify metrics against which the efficacy of health and wellness investments will be judged.
  • Assist with budgetary constraints and setting of priorities with an objective to improving employee health and productivity.
  • Address issues such as diseases, vaccinations, health advisory, second medical opinions, etc., and deliver content/reports around health-related stewardship.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department to design innovative wellness solutions that enhance the organization’s position relative to industry competitors.
  • Work with Account managers to facilitate claims management processes and provide expert opinions on escalations.
  • Other assignments as directed.
