Key Responsibilities:

Market Capture: Lead efforts to capture the Karachi market for STC products.

Project Execution: Execute turnkey projects, including sales/BD, pre-sales, finance, payments, project execution, and follow-ups.

Target Achievement: Meet aggressive targets within defined timelines.

Customer Engagement: Engage continuously with customers for existing and new opportunities.

Coordination: Maintain close coordination between STC and customers for all matters.

Sales Generation: Generate sales and conduct technical evaluations and discussions with customers.

Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.

Competitor Analysis: Gather and analyze competitor information.

Field Visits: Conduct field/site visits and generate product comparisons.

Financial Management: Manage the release of payments and financial collaterals.

After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support management.

Delivery Oversight: Oversee deliveries at customer offices.

Independence: Handle all related tasks independently in Karachi.

Job Specification

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Technical or MBA qualification with a focus on Sales/BD.

Experience: Minimum 10 years, with at least 5 years in sales/BD.

Sector Expertise: Experience with biometric devices, POS, and software solutions in the banking and corporate sectors.

Industry Background: Experience in multinational/local companies in the above sectors is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of network and software requirements based on STC profile.
