One of our clients who is a leading importer and distributor of industrial mechanical equipment and authorized dealers of KITZ Corporation & Yoshitake Japan is looking for an on‑site MTO in the Operations Department.

Job Brief

We are looking for business and marketing graduates in the Quotation department who can understand the inquiries that we receive from our customers and create quotes against them. The representative should have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel as it is the software that we primarily use for creating quotes. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who is willing to understand our diverse product line and have the capability to showcase his skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Review client inquiries and specifications to understand their requirements and prepare quotes accordingly.
  2. Generating accurate and competitive quotations based on product details, pricing guidelines, and company policies.

  4. Communicating with clients to clarify requirements, provide additional information, and address any questions or concerns.

Requirements and skills
