Our leadership team consists of repeat CEOs, EY Entrepreneurs of the Year, Canadas Top 40 Under 40, and comes from BCG, Onex, Wharton, Stanford, as well as many other prestigious global institutions.

The core founding team of the company consists of 4 Co-Founders, all of whom are experienced software operators and investors.

The Owners of the company have majority and Minority stakes in many reputed brands around the world including:

This team has experience in investment banking and private equity at top global firms, and has acquired, built, and grown multiple software businesses including: (i) FieldEdge, a leading provider of software for the field services market which the team grew more than 5x and sold to a mega-cap private equity fund, and (ii) AutoLeap, a leader in the auto repair software market that recently completed a $30 million Series B raise from some of the most reputable VC firms in Silicon Valley.

As a result of their success in the software space, the founders of The Companyhave also been featured in various publications such as Forbes and TechCrunch.

This role is an opportunity to work with and learn from top global software investors and operators.

Job Description:

As a M&A Analyst at The Company, you'll help us identify, evaluate, and engage founders and brokers of promising vertical market software companies. You'll conduct detailed market research, maintain structured CRM data, and support outreach, analysis, and diligence efforts. Your work ensures our investment pipeline remains organized, data-driven, and continuously expanding.

Key Responsibilities:
Company Research
  • Research and profile potential acquisition targets.
  • Analyze company size, product focus, market fit, customer base, and financial indicators.
  • Validate information across multiple data sources to ensure actionable company intelligence.
Industry Research
  • Evaluate attractive vertical software markets that align with The Company's investment criteria.
  • Develop industry theses outlining key trends, buyer dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Track macro indicators (growth drivers, digital adoption, etc.) impacting market attractiveness.
Deal Evaluation
  • Assess acquisition opportunities by building simple valuation models to estimate returns.
  • Prepare one-page investment briefs summarizing profile and rationale for proceeding or passing.
Qualifications
  • Analytical & data-driven you bring 1-3 years of experience in finance, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or another research-heavy analytical role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English you can distill complex findings into brief summaries.
  • Hyper-organized you structure your work intuitively and keep systems spotless.
  • Consistent & reliable you perform recurring tasks reliably and at a high standard.
  • Detail-driven you double-check every dataset, company name, and financial metric before presenting findings.

Timing: 9am EST to 5pm EST (6pm PKT to 2am PKT)
