Job summary

RapidFix Services in Multan is seeking a responsible Babysitter to care for our children at home. This live-in role includes accommodation and visa assistance for non-residents.

Responsibilities: create a safe, stimulating environment; plan age-appropriate activities; prepare meals; assist with homework; maintain routines; basic first aid; and report concerns to parents. Prior childcare experience is preferred; strong communication, reliability, patience, and fitness are important.

Qualifications

• Prior childcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have a passion for working with children.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple children at once.
• Must be responsible, reliable and punctual.
• Must have a positive attitude and be patient with children.
• Must be physically fit to keep up with active children.
• Knowledge of basic first aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and organize age-appropriate activities.
• Prepare meals and snacks for children.
• Help with educational tasks, such as homework or reading.
• Maintain a regular schedule for meals, naps, and bedtime.
• Keep track of children's daily activities and report any concerns to parents.
• Ensure that children are clean, dressed appropriately, and have necessary supplies for outings.
• Administer basic first aid in case of accidents or emergencies.
