Job Title: LinkedIn Growth Hacker

Location: Remote (Pakistan only)

Compensation: USD 400–600/month base + outreach bonuses + team revenue bonus + extra commission on direct sales. Average salary should be minimum USD 2,000+

The Role

We’re hiring a LinkedIn Growth Hacker to make LinkedIn the number one engine for B2B leads. You will master automation tools, engage decision-makers, and ensure the sales team receives a steady flow of high-quality, sales-ready leads.

Responsibilities
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns via Sales Navigator, Apollo, and automation platforms.
  • Engage directly in posts, groups, chats, and events.
  • Convert conversations into qualified leads and hand to sales.
  • Direct sales conversions qualify for extra commission.
