Job Title: LinkedIn Business Developer - Paid Ads Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 60,000 - 1,20,000 PKR

Reports To: Director Digital Marketing and/or Chief Executive

The LinkedIn Business Developer - Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing LinkedIn ad campaigns that drive business growth and generate leads. This role requires a deep understanding of LinkedIn's advertising platform, expertise in campaign strategy, and a proven track record of delivering results. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement LinkedIn ad campaigns that align with clients\' business goals and target audience.
  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with LinkedIn users and drive engagement.
  • Targeting & Optimization: Utilize LinkedIn’s advanced targeting options to reach the right audience segments.
  • Continuously optimize ad campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, leads, and conversions.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored LinkedIn ad strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including content, design, and analytics to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Budget Management: Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and spending.
  • Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on campaign performance and business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in LinkedIn advertising and digital marketing. Experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements & Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least two years of experience running ads on LinkedIn after completion of undergraduate degree.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s advertising platform, targeting options, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging ad copy and visuals.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Experience with other digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
