Job summary

Digilatics in Lahore seeks a Web Manager to own the web department end-to-end, mentor the team, and ensure top-quality delivery. You’ll own strategy, execution, and QA, building faster workflows and automations while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires 7+ years in web management, strong CMS skills (WordPress/Webflow/Shopify), and excellent English communication. This on-site position includes leadership of a cross-functional team and direct client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7+ years in website management/development; 3+ years in USA-based agency.
• Proven leadership across multiple clients and projects.
• Deep CMS proficiency: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar.
• Strong UX/UI, responsive design and CRO/landing page optimization.
• Hands-on ownership of timelines and QA; not a delegate role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach the web team; set goals and standards.
• Own end-to-end delivery: builds, revamps, migrations.
• Manage scope, priorities, and on-time delivery.
• Automate repeatable parts; optimize staging, QA, and reporting.
• Run sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives.
• Enforce staging environments and backups; monitor security and uptime.
• Act as final QA gate for all web deliverables.
• Translate client needs into structured plans; manage client comms.
• Collaborate with Paid Ads to craft high-converting landing pages.
• Track KPIs and report insights; drive continuous improvement.
