Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manager in VoIP with expertise in Asterisk, SS7, and SIP.
• Strong background in vendor management, interconnects, load balancing, rate card creation, and DID management.
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts, SLA management, and vendor relationship building.
• Familiarity with industry compliance standards and security protocols.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in developing and executing testing strategies for VoIP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of VoIP infrastructure.
• Manage interconnects with external vendors and carriers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with VoIP vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate and manage interconnects between internal and external VoIP systems.
• Implement and manage load balancing solutions to optimize performance.
• Lead a team of VoIP engineers and provide guidance on technical matters.
