JazzWorld is seeking a Lead Solution Architect – Cybersecurity & Trust Services to spearhead enterprise pre-sales, shape security architectures, and define service roadmaps for next‑gen cyber offerings. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and partners to secure technical wins and drive growth in regulated industries.

The role requires 8–10 years in IT/cybersecurity with strong OEM certifications, cloud security expertise, and proficiency in SIEM/observability platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field; 8–10 years in IT/cybersecurity with emphasis on enterprise pre-sales and solution architecture.
• Proven track record with multiple active cybersecurity OEM certifications.
• Strong understanding of SIEM/observability platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic).
• Cloud security posture expertise across multi-cloud/hybrid environments; positioning Trust Services (PKI, identity verification, data privacy).
• Knowledge of VAPT methodologies, SOC automation, threat intel, and SOAR technologies for streamlined incident response.
• Hands-on with GRC frameworks and automation tools; mapping compliance to technical solutions is a plus.
• ISC2 certifications (CISSP/CCSP) preferred and advantageous.

• Lead complex enterprise pre-sales engagements, owning discovery, sizing, BoQs, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, POCs, demos and costings.
• Translate customer security needs into practical architectures, service specs and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop architectures for cybersecurity offerings across networks, cloud, endpoint, WAF, SOC/SIEM, data protection and monitoring.
• Coach sales teams with pre-sales training, playbooks, collateral, workshops and customer sessions.
• Coordinate with delivery to ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to onboarding and service delivery.
• Create GTM propositions, use cases, service bundles and managed-security offerings for regulated industries.
• Manage partnerships with cybersecurity OEMs, ISVs, MSSPs and vendors for joint GTM opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and threats to identify new business opportunities.

What is Lead Solution Architect – Cybersecurity & Trust Services

The Solution Architect is the senior techno-commercial role and will be designing the cybersecurity solutions, Product positioning, solution design, pre-sales, and growth of cybersecurity services. The role will bridge product strategy, technology, enterprise customer requirements, sales, partners, and delivery teams to build scalable, secure and commercially viable solutions. The position will contribute to cybersecurity services business growth through solution development, cybersecurity portfolio expansion, solution architecture, customer engagements, RFP/RFI responses, POCs, pricing, and strategic customer and vendor partnerships.

The role reports directly to the Head of Solution Architects – Cybersecurity & Trust Services.

What does Lead Solution Architect – Cybersecurity & Trust Services do?

• Lead complex enterprise pre-sales engagements, taking ownership of discovery, solution sizing, BoQs, technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, POCs, demos, costing, and commercial solutioning.
• Translate enterprise customer business and security requirements into practical, high-value architectures, service specifications, and clear implementation roadmaps to secure technical wins.
• Develop and manage advanced solution architectures for cybersecurity offerings across network security, cloud security, endpoint/XDR, WAF, firewall, vulnerability assessment, VAPT, SOC/SIEM, backup/DR security, email security, DDoS protection, identity/access security, and security monitoring.
• Enable sales teams heavily through pre-sales training, technical playbooks, tailored solution collateral, workshops, and leading customer-facing technical sessions.
• Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs from pre-sales to onboarding, migration, implementation, service assurance, and post-sales technical governance.
• Develop cybersecurity GTM propositions, pre-sales use cases, service bundles, and managed-security services for enterprise, fintech, public sector, education, healthcare, and other regulated industries.
• Own the lifecycle of cloud and cybersecurity propositions from market assessment and product development through GTM, commercialization and continuous improvement.
• Manage technology partnerships with cybersecurity OEMs, ISVs, MSSPs, and security vendors to evaluate joint capabilities, commercials, certifications, and joint GTM pre-sales opportunities.
• Support competitive commercial bidding by driving pricing, business cases, margin analysis, and ROI models.
• Monitor the competitive landscape, customer adoption, technology trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats to proactively identify and architect new business opportunities.
• Ensure strict security-by-design principles, compliance requirements, and relevant standards are embedded in all proposed cloud and cybersecurity solutions.

• Educational Background & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related technical discipline. Requires 8 to 10 years of progressive professional experience in the IT and cybersecurity sector, with a significant focus on enterprise pre-sales, complex solution architecture, and technical consulting.
• OEM Expertise & Solution Design: Proven track record of carrying multiple active cybersecurity OEM certifications. Must possess deep technical knowledge and pre-sales design experience with leading vendors such as Fortinet, Cloudflare (including Zero Trust architectures), Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, CrowdStrike, and Trend Micro.
• SIEM & Observability Platforms: Strong architectural understanding and capability in positioning observability, log management, and SIEM platforms to enterprise clients, specifically utilizing Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, or Elastic.
• Cloud Security & Trust Services: Comprehensive expertise in Cloud Security postures, securing multi-cloud/hybrid environments, and designing robust perimeter defenses. Demonstrated capability in architecting and positioning Trust Services (e.g., PKI, digital certificates, identity verification, and data privacy solutions).
• Offensive Security & SOC Automation: Solid foundational knowledge of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) methodologies to effectively communicate security postures to clients. Strong grasp of Security Operations Center (SOC) automation, threat intelligence, and SOAR technologies to design streamlined incident response workflows.
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC): Practical understanding of GRC frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with GRC automation tools and the ability to map enterprise compliance needs to specific technical solutions is a strong plus.
• Elite Industry Certifications: Advanced, globally recognized industry certifications from ISC2 (such as CISSP or CCSP) are highly preferred and will be considered a significant competitive advantage for this role.
