Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in finishing works and project management.
• Experience leading large teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and ability to monitor progress.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling.
• Educational background in civil engineering or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, utilizing Primavera P6/MS Project to organize and track project milestones and deadlines.
• Manage and coordinate teams involved in finishing works to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee the execution of finishing works including drywall and suspended ceiling installation, surface preparation, and paint application/ tile fixing and glazing.
• Monitor project progress continuously and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project costs and manage budgets effectively to ensure financial targets are met.
• Manage contracts and coordinate subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any operational challenges.
• Ensure all finishing works meet regulatory and company standards, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, changes, and approvals to support project transparency and accountability.
• Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
