Hiring Lead .NET Developer - Karachi Onsite

Job Description

• Lead architecture design and technical decision‑making for enterprise‑scale .NET applications.
• Design and implement microservices‑based and distributed system architectures.
• Build clean, scalable, reusable, and highly performant solutions using .NET Core / .NET 7+.
• Oversee database design & modeling (PostgreSQL / SQL Server), performance tuning, and optimization.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and scalable architecture guidelines.
• Integrate applications with third‑party services, APIs, authentication providers, and cloud services.
• Review code, mentor the development team, conduct architecture and design reviews.
• Lead DevOps initiatives (CI/CD pipelines, deployments, automation).
• Work directly with product owners, project managers, and clients to define requirements.
• Proactively identify technical risks, propose solutions, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in .NET / C# development with proven architecture leadership.

Strong expertise in:
