Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent graduates in Food Technology, Environmental Sciences, HSE, ISO standards, compliance or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and explaining services.
• Results-oriented with ability to convert leads into paying customers.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior sales experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads supplied by the company and develop sales opportunities.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable training or certification solutions.
• Deliver presentations of BGMC’s services.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to move them toward a purchase.
• Address objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
• Meet assigned sales targets and support overall team revenue goals.
• Record all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress accurately.
