TCP is looking for an L&D Content Creator and Facilitator to join the People Operations team. This role will report to the Manager of Employee Engagement and Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a wide range of learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructional videos, training manuals, and interactive workshops.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize adult learning principles to create content that is both engaging and effective.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels within the organization.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and programs, making improvements as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in L&D to ensure the organization’s learning materials are cutting‑edge.
• Manage the L&D content library, ensuring materials are easily accessible and up‑to‑date.
• Support the L&D team with administrative tasks related to program delivery and tracking.
• Create reporting for annual audits.
• Support the company at‑large in addition to additional support for departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
