About Our Client:

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Accounts Executive to support and grow relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and check-ins.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (recruitment, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding client requirements and new openings.
  • Follow up with recurring clients to secure new position requirements and maintain consistent business.
  • Track account performance and share feedback or insights to improve service quality.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or business coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and coordinate with multiple teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a recruitment or HR services environment (a plus).
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, or account management workflows.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Work Mode: Hybrid, Karachi

Timing: 9AM-5PM
