Role Description

The Junior Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karak. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling rough cuts, applying basic transitions, synchronizing audio, and preparing files for review and final delivery. The Junior Video Editor will also support color grading, simple motion graphics, and visual enhancements under the guidance of senior team members. Collaboration with designers, marketers, and content creators is expected to ensure that video assets align with project objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including organizing footage and creating engaging sequences.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to adjust color, exposure, and overall visual tone of video content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics to create simple animations and visual effects for digital campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics to work with visual elements, thumbnails, and basic layouts for video assets.
• Basic familiarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow creative direction and feedback are beneficial.
• A portfolio or sample work demonstrating video editing capability is highly desirable.
• A relevant diploma or degree in media, film, design, or a related field is an advantage but not strictly required.
