Job summary

Jahaann is seeking a Junior Software Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data.

You will assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, manage Git workflows, and write automation scripts across Bash and Python. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0-1 years of software development experience or related internships.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and basic networking.
• Understanding of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

• Support deployment automation and infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage and monitor version control workflows with Git.
• Write and maintain scripts in Bash, Python, or similar languages to automate operational tasks.
• Support containerization and orchestration efforts with Docker and Kubernetes (or willingness to learn).
• Help maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to ensure smooth code integration and deployment.
• Participate in incident response, system troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
• Document infrastructure, procedures, and policies to support scalability and knowledge sharing.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (BSCS).

Experience: 0-1 years of experience in software development or related internships.

Required Skills
