Job summary

Auriga Solutions in Karachi is seeking a Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure software quality across the development lifecycle. You will review requirements and design docs, craft test plans and cases, and coordinate testing activities.

You will work with developers and product managers, apply white box and black box testing, and leverage automated and performance testing where appropriate. Morning shift in Karachi, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience in writing clear, concise test plans and test cases.
• Testing Methodologies: White box and black box testing techniques.
• Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Automation: Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Performance: Performance testing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and design documents and provide feedback.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify and document bugs thoroughly and monitor debugging processes.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define system requirements.
