• Portfolio or 0-1 year of product design experience required.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, and variables.
• A clean, editorial design sensibility with strong typography and spacing.
• Able to talk through design decisions with the team and take feedback constructively.
• Collaborative team player who works well with product managers, engineers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens in Figma for client products.
• Take features from a rough brief to a build-ready design.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries across projects.
• Prepare clean, structured files for developer handoff and support engineers during implementation.
• Iterate quickly on feedback from clients, the design lead, and project managers.
• Contribute to proposals and scoping with screen maps and early concepts.
