Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Retail/merchandising experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage product inventory and ensure timely restocking.
• Create visually appealing merchandise displays.
• Monitor sales trends and advise on placement and promotions.
• Collaborate with sales team to communicate product updates and promotions.
• Regularly visit stores to maintain displays and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in selecting new products based on market trends and customer demand.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and other relevant information.
