Job summary

GulfDesign UAE is hiring a Junior Merchandiser in Gujrat to assist in creating merchandising strategies, analyze market trends, and develop product assortments that align with company goals.

You will work with design, production and sales teams, monitor stock levels, and prepare sales reports. A Bachelor's degree in merchandising is preferred, with Excel proficiency and strong communication. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing merchandising strategies to meet sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior
• Assist in developing product assortments that align with company objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
• Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, production timelines, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Prepare reports on sales performance, stock levels, and other key metrics for management review

Requirements
