Job summary

PrimeDefense USA is hiring an entry-level Mason in Multan to support our construction team. You will assist in installing, repairing and maintaining masonry structures such as walls and floors, learning bricklaying, stone setting and concrete finishing from experienced Masons.

The role requires physical fitness, reliability and basic construction knowledge; on-the-job training is provided. You will work outdoors and coordinate with crew to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-job training provided.
• Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials.
• Physically fit to lift heavy materials and work long hours outdoors.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Good communication skills in English; Urdu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of materials such as bricks, stones and cement.
• Lay bricks or stones according to design plans and specifications.
• Use trowels, levels and power saws to shape and cut materials.
• Mix mortar and grout for filling gaps between bricks or stones.
• Repair or replace damaged masonry structures.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow safety regulations at all times.
