The Junior Industrial Architect will be responsible for assisting in the design planning and construction of industrial buildings and structures. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone without prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the creation of architectural designs for industrial buildings warehouses factories and other structures
• Collaborating with senior architects to develop project plans and timelines
• Conducting site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design ideas
• Preparing detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design CAD software
• Researching building codes regulations and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
• Contributing innovative ideas to improve design processes and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD or Revit preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of building codes zoning laws and regulations related to industrial construction is a plus
• Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Location

This position is located in Faisalabad an industrial city located in Pakistan The candidate should be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Faisalabad

Salary

The salary for this role is $1100 per month

Contract Type

This is a contract job with the potential for permanent employment based on performance
