Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with a focus on facades.
• Knowledge of building codes and facade standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare facade design plans and drawings.
• Visit sites to assess facade conditions and suggest repairs.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects and engineers to ensure code compliance.
• Monitor construction to ensure proper installation.
• Conduct quality control inspections of facade installations.
• Assist in selecting materials and facade systems.
• Stay updated on facade engineering trends and best practices.
