Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and report financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Ensure adherence to corporate laws, financial regulations, and taxation requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal departments.
• Contribute to financial planning and risk management for energy projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA Finalist (articles completed), ICMA, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 6 years of post-articles or post-MBA experience in finance or accounting.
