Core Responsibilities:Contract Drafting – Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure company’s full legal rightsContract Life Cycle Management – Assist Legal Counsel in managing the contracts repository and implementation of life cycle management system.Negotiation – Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties such as Business functions, Regulators, External Counsel, Public Authority etc.Risk Management – Apply effective Risk Management Techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.Communication – Provide clarification on Legal Language or Specifications to the organization.Legal Research – Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation and case law.
