Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in commercial architecture preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior architects and designers on commercial projects
• Assist in creating project proposals, presentations, and design documents
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations
• Create 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Attend client meetings and communicate project updates
• Help with site visits and inspections during construction phase
• Ensure that all designs adhere to safety standards and local regulations
