INTECH Automation & Intelligence is seeking a Trainee Engineer to join our team and advance process automation across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Renewable Energy. You will work on integrated control systems, SCADA virtualization, wellhead automation, and telecommunication projects.

The program offers hands-on exposure, mentoring, and practical training with dedicated managers committed to your development and a clear path toward professional growth.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Mechatronics or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 0–1 year experience encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation, PLCs, SCADA, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with P&IDs and control diagrams an advantage.
• Basic programming knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Undergo structured training on automation, control, and instrumentation systems.
• Assist senior engineers in installation, testing, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting.
• Support site surveys and data collection under guidance of experienced engineers.
• Gain hands-on exposure to PLC/SCADA/DCS/SIS and Fire & Gas systems through projects.
• Develop skills in PLC/SCADA programming, testing, and commissioning.
• Review engineering documents including P&IDs, FRS, and control philosophies.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and communicate with customers, vendors, and teams.
• Help monitor project schedules, site progress, and technical deliverables.
• Participate in technical training and strengthen knowledge of automation technologies.
• Maintain focus on HSE requirements at project sites.
