Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Associate Software Engineer (ASE) to join our development team at OM Solutionz Pvt. Ltd.. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in software engineering while working on diverse and innovative IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of web and software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Debug and resolve software defects and technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and sprint meetings.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms).
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one development framework/stack (MERN, Ruby on Rails, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 1 years of professional experience in one development framework/stack (MERN, Ruby on Rails, Python, etc.).
