Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or other design software.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information for project development.
• Collaborate with senior architects and technologists on design concepts and revisions.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Prepare presentations for clients using 3D rendering software such as SketchUp or Revit.
• Attend project meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed.
